AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY STATEMENT
1. Enrolment and Bookings:

Bookings can be done online by using website audellahealth.com. Please check weekly group class schedule.Prior to/on the date of first class, the client will be required to sign the agreement and the privacy statement.If you have not signed the agreement but continue with our classes these terms are still binding.
2. Prices:
1. Prices will be equal to the prices on the day the day the new voucher card is bought.
2. Prices may be adjusted by Audella studio. This will be announced in advanced
3. Payment:
1. Members will be notified by phone or email a week prior the expiration of the voucher card
2. Payment needs to be done prior to the date of the next class.
3. No refunds or transfers of vouchers after expiration date.
4. Candidates are allowed to cancel up to three (3) classes on a 10-class voucher card without being charged.
4. Cancellations and change of schedule:
1. The schedule may be changed by Audella studio with prior written notification to members
2. The client may cancel free of charge until one (1) day or 24 hours before the time of the class.
3. When the class is cancelled by the client without informing Audella studio in above times given, the class fee is not refundable.
5. Medical history
1. The client agrees that he/she is physically healthy and fit to train.
2. New clients will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to the first class.
3. Any changes in the medical/physical situation should be communication to the instructor prior to the class.
6. Loss/damage/injury
1. The client agrees that he/she will not hold the company, Audella, owner or instructor thereof financially liable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs on the property of Audella studio (10 Zandpad, Breukelen 3621NC).
7. Privacy statement
1. Audella studio registers details that are received from the clients, both classified as personal and sensitive in nature. These details are given personally during registration. It concerns data of the client such as first name, last name, address, other contact details, medical information, personal training goals, payment details etc.
Your personal details will be saved and protected against misuse and access by unauthorized persons by technics that are currently available, as long as the law required this. No client information will be shared or transferred to third parties.
2. Details of clients will be retained for a period of (one) year after the last voucher card has been used.
3. Clients have the right to insight into the data that we have of them and have the right to amend said information. Clients can withdraw consent on the retention of informationat any time.
