Types of classes

I offer 2 types of classes in my studio:

Pilates classes can be defined as a system of exercises aimed at improving your physical strength by using a range of different equipment. Ultimately, these classes will challenge you to use your body’s own strength.

High Intensity Training classes is an athletic fusion of elements such as pilates and cardiovascular training. It works the entire body while targeting individual areas to burn fat, tone and build muscle. A range of different equipment is used such as a bar, TRX, light weights, balls, foam rollers, sliding disks etc.

The classes last an approximate of 50 minutes and the attendance is limited to 6 people per class, to ensure the opportunity for individual guidance.

1 Intro session for 15 €

3 Intro sessions for 45 €

10 sessions for 120 €
