Pilates classes can be defined as a system of exercises aimed at improving your physical strength by using a range of different equipment. Ultimately, these classes will challenge you to use your body’s own strength.
High Intensity Training classes
High Intensity Training classes is an athletic fusion of elements such as pilates and cardiovascular training. It works the entire body while targeting individual areas to burn fat, tone and build muscle.
I’m an international qualified BASI Pilates instructor and obtained my Health Coach qualification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
HEALTH COACHING
I believe that your health and wellbeing should be viewed holistically. It’s not only about the food on your plate but also about how you nourish yourself in other areas of your life. Being able to find your balance and discover your bio-individual needs, that will lead you to a healthier you.
