10 day Schedule

​

  • 3 days healthy eating and supplements

  • 3 days fasting with little juice and supplements

  • 4 days healthy eating and supplements

Every day you train for 20-30minutes on 75% of your maximum heart rate. Running cycling or crosstrainer are recommend.

​

Supplements will include:

​

  • Metabolic switch (polyphenols, amino acids, glutamine)

  • Multi vitamin

  • Omega with choline

  • Calmag zinc

​

Included in your package, is an urine test to use daily to test when your body switches from sugar to fat burning by testing levels of ketone that your body produces.

​

You will receive a list of groceries and meal menu for the first 3 days and the last 4 days.

Day 1

Breakfast - 2x fruit and juice

Lunch - Salad with tomatoes, olive and pistachio nuts
Dinner - Vegetables

Day 2
Breakfast - 2x fruit and juice
Lunch - Vegetables
Dinner- Vegetable soup

Day 3
Breakfast - Juice
Lunch - Juice
Dinner- Vegetable juice

Day 4,6 and 6
Juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner

​

Day 7
Breakfast - 2x fruit
Lunch - Salad with tomatoes, olive and pistachio nuts
Dinner - Chicken filet and spinach

Day 8
Breakfast - Joyurt and 2x fruit
Lunch - Salad with tomatoes, olive and pistachio nuts
Dinner - Chicken filet, egg and vegetables

Day 9&10
Breakfast - Joyort and 2x fruit
Lunch - Salad with chicken filet/tuna
Diiner - Protein with vegetables
