Every day you train for 20-30minutes on 75% of your maximum heart rate. Running cycling or crosstrainer are recommend.

Included in your package, is an urine test to use daily to test when your body switches from sugar to fat burning by testing levels of ketone that your body produces.
You will receive a list of groceries and meal menu for the first 3 days and the last 4 days.
