Why sports Fasting

​

When fasting, hormones stimulate the release of stored fats from The fat cell. Should you fast without training, these stored fat
Cells will not get burned to use for energy. But when you train While fasting, these fat cells will be used to create energy. And
Then ultimately fat cells in your body will reduce.


This is no jo-jo effect as fat accumulated around the muscles, will be used for energy and won’t be able to come back into the system.

 

The success of sports fasting is the switch you create from sugar To fat burning during fasting.


Your body works in 2 cycles, called anabolism and catabolism.


Anabolism creates molecules that the body needs to function and It use energy in the process. Catabolism (when eating), on the other hand, breaks down molecules and releases energy which is available for the body to use (during exercise).


Anabolism = muscle and fat build
Catabolism = muscle and fat burn


If we look at the humans who lived many years ago, their body switched between these 2 cycles by either hunting for food whilst they are hungry (catabolism), or resting after they’ve eaten (anabolism).


To encourage the stimulation of switching between these 2 processes in your body by using metabolic switches.


This switch happen very effectively during sports fasting, good nutrition, supplements, healthy breathing, exercise!


In the modern world we live in, we spend more time in the anabolism cycle and the switch are not regular. We eat more, and
Move less. We are influenced by stress, bad sleeping habits, bad breathing, that are all factors that initiates the anabolism phase.

Body burn fat for fuel. The more mitochondria we have, the healthier our bodies are. Mitochondria dies with bad diet and not moving. And you will have more mitochondria with a changed lifestyle, healthy diet and movement.
